Living in LA

I made it!

After a long, complicated and expensive green card process I am finally in LA! I’ve been here just over a week and although it kind of feels like I’m starting over again, I have a new sense of passion and drive. I started doing stand-up over 10 years ago in Toronto and moving to LA was always the goal. I know it’s going to be a tough road ahead but I chose this path so I can’t complain.

On the bright side, I released my debut, self titled comedy album “LAD-KO-WITS” last week! You can download it now on iTunes. I’m very proud of it and know you’ll like it! CLICK THE LINK BELOW!

On the dark side, The Bad Man was inaugurated today and I also happen to be performing at my first booked show tonight. Comedy is all about timing! If you’re in LA and looking to drink and laugh away the pain I highly recommend coming to Peachy Keen Comedy at Bar Lubitsch tonight. 8PM. The line-up is incredible and the show is FREE!

Dana Gould (HBO, Comedy Central, Simpsons)
Adam Conover (Adam Ruins Everything, College Humor)
Julia Hladkowicz (Just For Laughs, SF Sketchfest)
Joe Kilgallon (Comedians You Should Know)
Nick Cobb (Last Comic Standing, Comedy Central)
Mo Mandel (Chelsea Lately)
Opeyemi Olagbaju (Bridgetown, SF Sketchfest, RIOT LA)
Geoff Plitt (Ventura Comedy Fest)

Hosted by:
Luke Thayer (NY Comic)

The Peachy Keen Comedy Show
- Every Friday. Doors at 8pm. Show at 8:30pm
- Bar Lubitsch (7702 Santa Monica Blvd)

Next week I’m lucky enough to be on a killer show at the Improv on Melrose in the main room. Again, the comedians on the bill are amazing. You don’t want to miss this show!

That’s it for now! Next order of business is updating this hideous website!
